Usually I prefer contacting devs before giving a poor review but I tried to email twice, once each for 2 different recurring problems. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response.
Theres a problem with custom made categories & tags; they cant be used for searches and they dont "stick" on the list--that is, it will be viewable on the prayer, itself, but when inputting another prayer you would have to type it in again because its no longer in the list of categories or tags.
Theres also a problem with the pin lock for confidential prayers. Once set, if you try to re-access that prayer the pin code is requested. After putting in the correct code and hitting enter the code screen pops up again, and will keep doing that until cancel is pressed which then locks the user out.

Heres another concern for me:
I was looking into the company behind the we prayers app and theres like nothing there....not even a mission statement on their app or company web pages and their Facebook & Twitter links on their app page didnt go anywhere for me.
Their company page looks less sophisticated than something I could come up with on my own--which, for me, kind of raises a red flag.
They do have a privacy policy but its pretty iffy. Look into it if you want to use the app with other people.
It could be totally legit--or it could be that this company is exploiting the information used by sincere believers.
The very limited amount of transparency on their web pages regarding their intent and history is troubling.
